This product is terible

I’ve had this program for almost a year and after attempting to use again recently, I realized why it is the most unsed program on my computer. The program freezes constantly and even saved versions seem to fail. You can’t count on it, it does not coincide with any other program and it never formats copied and pasted material correctly. It was a massive waste of money and has cost me a significant amount of time. It is a god awful program and hands down not owrht the money. If anything it should be a free program, pretty convinced it’s a a bit of a scam.
