Document Writer - for Microsoft Word Edition and Open Office Format App Reviews

After using this app for school related documents, I would have to say this is good for subumitting papers online as well as printing needed documents. I only have one problem when trying to open my documents that I download from my schools website. It keeps popping a message “The document U201CEssay #2 Assignment Sheet TR-2.docxU201D could not be opened by XWord.” Other then that this app has done everything else great.

what a useless tool. why cannot i resize the image that i had inserted?! and i cannot find any tools about it?!

This is not an efficient writting tool. It does not have a thesaurus nor a dictionary. Access to other word processing tools are clumsy and primitive. It is not what I thought it would be when I purchased it. I should have read more of the negative comments.

I like this program. Im using it everyday now and the pages come up super fast. Microsoft Goodbye! I have found a much faster and easier program.

Document Writer is good for me.it support Retina resolutions and export all the common formats: .pdf, .rtf, .doc and more . To create the tables and insert the pictures make your document more rich and colorful. Automatic save function let you dont have to worry about losing data.

I have bought lots of office utility apps,but this is one of my favorites. I love that you can integrate it with dropbox,stylize your text.It feel like an office,If you can want an office/word processor app to do,this one can do it.

I bought this ONLY to open up one document to edit and it won’t open it. I want my money back.

I was searching for a document editing program for my mac when I stumbled across document Writer.Not only did I find a great app for editing my documents,this offers so many more features that I have found especially useful.I can view all types of files,save and access my document to and from my account.Highly recommended for the working professional.

As all of my Word documents are in .docx format this “Microsoft Word” app is useless. At least put a disclaimer in the description.

I downloaded this app because I recently got a macbook and also recently graduated from college and it was cheaper than others. Having the worst time finding out how to have a word count on my documents though. I really need to know how many words I’m at for my grad school essays! HELP if you can!!

WASTE OF 10$ SAVE YOUR MONEY. Wanted something quick since Textedit doesn’t have apa or mla settings..absolutely sucked. CANNOT open ANY documents..it tells me that Document Writer cannot open it!! cannot SAVE anything i write on it, had to copy and paste to text edit! SO FRUSTRATING! I can’t figure out how to delete the dang thing either because i can’t open anything!

I have found as one reviewer did, problem with some doc files that are older and being able to read them also problem with opening pdf files that Document Writer creates. It is important to me to be able to convert correctly to pdf. I have had doc writer crash when after deleting pictures that were inserted in the program itself. Too buggy! Now I may have to go to an updated version of Pages.

This is a great app it works and I havent found any bugs yet and as a programer friend told me.If theres a bug I will find it as i do things with a program that he never planned for!If I find a problem Ill post it. This is BY FAR the BEST writing application on the market. Great font choice and size. Makes me excited to write.
